What you need:
SAM broadcaster and a microphone (the microphone is ESSENTIAL)
A good collection of music in one or more genres
A willingness to audition for us
To able to RELIABLY give us a 2-3 hour slot each and every week, and one week's notice before quitting, or being away, or having a crisis! (OK, 24 hours before having a crisis, if possible!)

Times we need covering:
2-4am SLT - Every day but NOT Thursdays
10am-12pm SLT - Every night but NOT Tuesdays.
