Opportunity of a Lifetime!

I am seeking a Club Co-Owner. Club still has no name and no totally set theme, additional details of this can be discussed ingame. I am currently building everything from ground-up! The building is almost done, along with much of the basic furniture.

Why is this an Opportunity of a Lifetime? We have NO rent, NO prim limit, NO size limit, NO requirments, NOTHING. We do as we please without owing a single Linden to anyone!

This Club is to be located dead smack in the middle of the SIM that is remodeling around it. The SIM builder is there working away, we're only responsible for the upkeep of the Club. I'll become Manager of the shops there as well which will give us even more possibilities.

There's nothing against us - The entire SIM is in our favor!

The main requirements for applying for Co-owner is simple:

You MUST have been on SL since May 2008.
You MUST have Payment Information on File so that I know you're real.
You MUST be online daily! I move very quickly and need someone that can keep up!
You MUST be willing to put time, money and resources into the Club.
You MUST NOT use trash-speak. U, ur, plz, wut, wat, bcuz, and so forth will not be tolerated. We all went to school, prove to me that you didn't sniff paint cans. Lol, brb and similiar shorthand is fine.
You MUST complete the application at the bottom of this post. Resumes are fine, but the Application is still required. I need to know that the Co-Owner can follow a simple direction.

Additional requirements are just as easily to ahear:

You SHOULD speak English rather clearly. At least enough for us to hold conversations without much confusion.
You SHOULD have owned something already. Maybe a club currently, or have at least attempted. Even a shop will do.
I'd LOVE if you own a shop that you could use items in the Club from, or know of someone that would be willing to do a Sponsorship.

This will hopefully be a Once in a Lifetime opportunity but I will not hesistate to tell you if you're simply not doing it for the SIM. You will, of course, get the items back that you have placed at the Club if you request them back.

I'm terribly easy to get along with, so come give me a shot and tell me about your ideas! Wanna Co-Own but you're simply not good at managing others? That's fine! So long as you're around to help out I have no issues with Managing and seeking out additional Managers when the main recruiting starts.

I'm shocked at the responses already 46 views at this time and several applications! All sound awesome and I might offer Management positions to a few that don't score Co-Owner.

As such, I'm adding the following:

Applications will CLOSE August 30th. Giving a few days for those that don't check SL Forums all the time. Decision should be made by the 2nd. This'll also help me be sure that you're patient!
