Good afternoon,

I am an office manager in the UK who also volunteers as a counsellor for teens who are dealing with anything from depression to self-harming to relationship, family and drug problems etc.

I understand it is unusual to see a skill set like mine advertised on the SL forum, but if there is an SL organisation that would find these skills useful then please do not hesitate to contact me. I can provide examples of previous counselling sessions (all has been done online). Linden wages negotiable.

I will inform you that adults dont mix with teens on their grid.

Yep. The main grid is strictly 18+ and the teen grid is strictly under 18.

/me goes back and underlines 'strictly' a whole bunch of times.

If you're looking to help people younger than 18, you really need to talk to the Lindens, not to us. Blue Linden would probably be a good one to start with.

Ah. I hadn't thought of the age restriction when writing the ad, to be honest.

Fair enough, I'll stick to just using SL for recreation, then. Thanks anyway, you two.

Maybe the Linden's would be interested in having you spend time in the Teen grid, as a sort of chaperone.

While they are correct in the fact that teens/adults dont mix, you may want to look into being a Counseler at a roleplayed elementary school in SL. I am in the process of starting one up currently. If this is something that may interest you, please contact me in world.
