The job entails checking regularly for overdue payments, ensuring occupants are adhering to the Covenant, clearing plots that become vacant and putting them back into the rental system, and responding to pleas for help in a pleasant and timely fashion.
The applicant should be familiar with the basics of most areas of Second Life - prims, land editing, "deeding", banlines, and a working knowledge of LSL and how it impacts sim resources would be an advantage. A firm but pleasant atitude would be a bonus.
The applicant will form part of a team with another manager, who has a 'technical support ' role and can be contacted as needed to solve issues renters may have with the operation of Second Life on the island.

A weekly wage will be paid, and the details of this can be discussed with the islands owner.
