There alot of slavery and such that goes on in sl.. I saw something yesterday that turned my stomach... (not going into it) Yes i know the girl is there under her own free will at the end of the day but some that get into this situation have a hard time getting out even if they want to.. This is where i come in... (hopefully)I want girls that are strugging with this.. That want to leave the collar behind... and come forth into our family... I dont want you to reply here but to notecard me in game asking for my help... There is no reason why you should post here and let people see who you are.. I will work confidentially with you along with my partner...

Oh what a crock of Drama.

*MUTE* button. There is no forced slavery in SL. No "girl" is forced to stay in her situation or forced to undergo a long transitional period to get out of SL 'slavery'.

Anyone having a "hard time" getting out of slavery in SL is just feeding bogus drama. You can delete friendships and mute people and never hear from an entire clique if you do not want to. If one is genuinely unhappy in their D/s relationship then they should speak to their Dom(me) and rectify the situation. I was miserable for 4 weeks in one Gor relationship and he released me to another - sure he could have done some male ego trip and 'killed' me - but we are not talking about 'hate' here, we are talking about relationships....and if someone wants their relationship to be filled with anger, animosity and all that and won't let you leave their enslavement, well then it is time to pull a reality check and cut the umbilical with them and go about your Second Life. No one is forced to stay in any relationship be it vanilla or D/s or Gor or whatever and anyone trying to forcibly MAKE someone stay in any relationship in SL is obviously sick in the head with power and control issues and they needed to be treated as such and muted.

Its fine i am expecting some peeps like yourself to reply to me.. i have already expected it, And yes if they are happy then whatever right? but i do know some that keep being dragged back in and no some cant mute them but some might need help..

Salvery is a FETISH. I used to be a slave in second life... I got over the little obsession I had with it... So I clicked LEAVE GROUP! LOL It's not heroin we're talking about here. Be a little more realistic. If you don't like something in sl you can log off. That;s what makes it so great. I don't think anyone feels obliged to do anything they don't want to.

I don't disagree with you Howl, I know that some find it hard, but I do have serious questions for you, I'm half expecting a reply of "I don't wanna discuss it", but seriously an answer to these questions would help rather than hinder.

I had a look at your profile, you do not appear to be in the lifestyle, so my questions are these;

- What qualifies you to help these people?

- What is your experience?

- What do you know of D/s?"

I spent almost 4 years as a Gorean kajira. I understand it well and have seen many things, including this type of drama you are posting about.

Those people having so called 'hard times' leaving slavery are only having that hard time because they are creating it and perpetuating it themselves and you are enabling them.

That is just one aspect I have explored and one i chose to mention since that was how slavery started in SL - it is also the harshest i have come across so yet another example of the level of drama i have seen there.

And what was mentioned in the OP does not require that much experience to be identified.

Drama is as drama does and "oh noes i can't get out of slavery in SL" is drama - period.

Brianna clearly you love drama yourself as you keep chomping at the bit.. Leave it alone if you dont agree... You have created drama in this forum.!

I don't think I'm going to bother anymore, if you do not understand what is being said, or can't comprehend that to some people their relationships in this world are more than just a character in a game then this conversation is pointless.

People get emotionally attached, and at times (just as in RL) they want out but have trouble getting themselves out, if you have never seen or experienced that then great, but that doesn't alter the fact that is *DOES* happen.

Howl I do understand where you are coming from and have met such girls. What i do wonder though is what knowledge do you have to help there women ( and men). Some in SL are looking to learn about RL D/s and get caught up wit ppl who have the gift of the gab not the gift of knowledge. Saying you will take them into your family is not really a solution if you dont have any follow up.

No its different i am a very caring person.. and i will be totally sympathetic... A good listening ear and a nice environment for them to stay.. It might only be for a chat but at any rate its nothing awful or bad or just false promising...I trully want to help, like i have in the past that is all.. Some dont know how to leave even if they do they are frightened about being followed. Yes ok alot of us can say hey you know what get lost.. But some cant... If i can help 1 then thats better than not doing anything dont you think?...

My point is you may be a good listener but do you have any concept of the lifestyle to really be able to help those who are feeling trapped? There are many good listeners out there and i think its nice what you want to do but sometimes one who tries to help without knowing the mechanics could do more harm than good

Well as has been said you dont seem to be in the lifestyle so how do you expect to come across those who need help?
If you were successful in the past then why do you need to come here and seek those needing help as i doubt they would be the ones coming to the forum
