I am unsure what I have broken? I posted here in the employment ops because we are looking for people to EMPLOY...
then I posted in new clothing stores because we are looking for clothing designers...
then I posted in new items because designers POST there items there...
I don't think I posted out of the area in which this is meant....
We are looking for designers of many different things.

It only belongs in employment ops/help wanted and maybe MAYBE services.
The others are only for advertising their wares, what they have made, not for finding people to make things. New clothing stores is for advertising a new clothing store which.. I don't know exactly what you're doing, but it doesn't seem like it would be a new clothing store.
You were not posting an item, nor a store (No store name, no type of store so..no store in my mind), but simply that you want designers, which is solely an employment op or help wanted kinda post.
Along with this you crossposted, which is frowned upon, especially in such a large scale. Crossposting is the practice of posting the same post (Exactly, or not quite) in multiple forums. While this makes sense for something like posting a new car in the gadgets and maybe the miscellaneous new product forums, it has no good reason when you do it with something that shouldn't be in those forums anyway.
You posted the same message in 5 forums! It's ok-ish if some things are posted twice if they fit th topics, but... 5 times is overkill, and they don't fit, such as so many new products forums when you aren't advertising a product. And you also aren't looking for a product, so products wanted doesn't really make sense either. You're looking to hire people essentially, and so help wanted is the only forum it makes sense to post it in.
