Volunteers wanted for university research: contribute to e-Lab City life and growth.

We are a group of academic researchers who are setting up an on-going research facility – eLab City - in Second Life. We ask you to sign up and join our panel. Once you do, we’ll contact you and invite you to participate in our future research studies. New sign-ups are rewarded with L$100. We also hold a weekly prize drawing for all new panelists. The size of the weekly prize depends on the number of new sign ups in the week (L$ 100 per new signup, up to L$ 25,000 prize in a given week). Your participation in future studies will be rewarded according to the amount of time/effort required to complete the studies.

Your e-mail address is the only piece of personal information that we ask for when you sign up, along with a few demographic questions. We put a lot of effort in what we do and we have to undergo a detailed process of approval from the University of California, Riverside, Human Research Review Board for every single question that we ask you when you sign up, and when you participate in future studies. So, you can be sure that what you will tell us will not be misused, and that your rights as a research participant are protected.

Please take time to explore eLab City after you sign up - our aim is not just to do research but to also build a cultural and entertainment center to explore the potential of virtual worlds and continually generate new knowledge.

We think we are developing something new and exciting. One of our objectives is to enhance research methodology by taking what is normally done offline (in university laboratories or in the field), and reinterpreting it for the virtual world. We strongly believe that the research process can benefit from being based in a virtual world. If we are right and can demonstrate that, this will benefit both the world of academic research and the virtual world community at large. We need your help to achieve this.

I do have a Qs.. how and where do you get the surveys? I've signed up and I received the panel money, but not sure where to go and find / get them.
