Who are we kidding, from the crumbling foundation to the exposed masonry in some of the rooms to the algae etched bathroom tiles, this building is only good to make a slum lord some quick money. Ideal for a crack house, hourly rental motel, or just deficient housing for Second life’s down trodden, it could also double as one of those creepy downtown shopping centers, you know the ones where you wash the clothes twice before you wear them.
This build is Mod/Copy No Trans all pieces are modifiable but scripts are no mod.
