In earlier days, respectable people came here for business, to enjoy a drink in the classic lounge or to cheat on their spouse. But those days are long gone. In this present time, the current management isn't to concerned about the reputation of "The Grand" as locals normally refer to the place. Local health regulations and the comfort of the few remaining guests seem to be unimportant. The once so nice structure has fallen into a almost inhabitable state of disrepair.
