Investment Opportunity

I have only been here for a month, but I am really enjoying my time here. I have teamed up with a seasoned SLer, and we have put together a business plan to open a new entertainment SIM, but we are looking for investors. The return on the investment is very lucrative. My partner speaks limited English, but she is very well connected here, and has great development and building skills. I have a strong business background in RL, so we feel confident our partnership and our venture will be successful. This is a good opportunity for those who wish to be involved in business, enjoy the benefits of investing or owning, but not wishing to be actively involved in the day to day operating.
