Privacy Windows: Touch the round control by the front door.
Teleport: Right click round control by the front door.

Easy set up, simply place the rez box where you want the house to be and click 'rez'.
Step 1 touch the rez box and select "Rez"
Step 2 move the box to move the house exactly where you like. I suggest, due to a bug with the doors, that you only have the house on a 0, 90, or 270 degree rotation. If you do not have it exactly on that rotation, the doors may not work.
Step 3 touch the rez box again and select "Save"
