Baccarat is a very easy game to play and is based on your luck to guess the result from three possible choices.
The user must predict who will win the BANKER or the PLAYER and or predict if it will end in a TIE.
These are the possible bets you can make:
- The BANKER'S hand will win.
- The PLAYERS hand will win
- A TIE between the PLAYER and BANKER hands.
- A bet on both the PLAYER and BANKER is not possible.
- The "User" may place two independent bets on a TIE & the PLAYER, or on a TIE and the BANKER.
The term "PLAYER" does not refer to the USER and the term BANKER does not refer to the owner of the Baccarat game. They are just options the USER can bet on.
Both the PLAYER and the BANKER try to get as close to 9 (maximum score) as possible. All cards are worth there face value from 2 to 9; the 10's and face cards (J,Q;K) count as 0 (zero) and Aces count as 1 (one) point. So if you get a King and a 6 your total points are 0+6=6. When any total is higher then 10 the first digit of the total is dropped:
8+8=16 - first digit = 6.
The hand with most points wins the game the USER will be payed 1 to 1 on PLAYER OR BANKER winning bets.
If both the BANKER and the PLAYER are given identical value hands it is a "TIE". If a "TIE" bet has been placed the User will receive 8 to 1 on the winning bet, bets on PLAYER and BANKER will carry on to the next game on a TIE result .
If either the PLAYER or the BANKER has a total of 8 or 9 on the initial deal, no further cards are drawn. If neither player has an 8 or a 9, play proceeds as follows.
THE PLAYER
- If the PLAYER has an initial total of 0 to 5, the PLAYER draws a single card.
- If the PLAYER has an initial total of 6 or 7, he stands.
THE BANKER
The BANKER's play depends on the BANKER's hand, on whether the PLAYER drew a card, and on what card the PLAYER drew:
If the PLAYER did not draw a card, the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 5, and stands if he has 6 or 7.
If the PLAYER drew a 2 or 3, the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 4, and stands if he has 5 to 7.
If the PLAYER drew a 4 or 5, the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 5, and stands if he has 6 or 7.
If the PLAYER drew a 6 or 7, the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 6, and stands if he has 7.
If the PLAYER drew an 8, the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 2, and stands if he has 3 to 7.
If the PLAYER drew an ace, 9, 10, or a "Face Card", the BANKER draws if he has a total of 0 to 3, and stands if he has 4 to 7 .
If all this seems complicated don't worry about it!
