We have verious shops, flats, spaces & bits of land to rent out
prices are as follows
*residential*
very small flat = L$250 a month (ideal for newbies, pre-furnished)
normal sized flat = L$450 a month (unfurnished)
a house = L$750 a month
*commercial*
small shop = 1000L$ a month (these shops include the outside bit so u can set up stalls, etc)
normal shop = 2500L$ a month (these can include a basement for an extra one of payment of L$500)
*all/other*
display billboard ad = L$200 a month (L$50 a week)
area = 3200L$
large area = 3600L$
parcel of land = L$4000 a month
There is no strict prim limit and we run "if it looks good and its not hurting anyone or killing the sims performance then its fine" policy
