You can use the modules as stand-alone shops or combine them to a mall and rent it to your customers. Shops go from 10x10 (15 Prims) up to 20x20 (20 Prims - 32 Prims). You can choose between mod/tranfer and mod/copy versions.
Pricing:
L$ 65 - L$ 120 for no copy
L$ 399 - L$ 999 for copy
All modules are designed with low prim but high quality look in mind, but have a look yourself (see attached picture)
If you need any customization or a module in a different size, just let me know. Don't worry about the high prices others usually invoice, I'm not greedy and always happy to help
