Instructions
Easy to rez, just place the box on the ground, open and unpack it to your inventory. Drag the Factory II - Chemical Plant out of your inventory onto the ground. Comes in one piece with the base prim set in such a way that common rotation values (45, 90, 270 or 180) will always make the building line up with the grid.
The Factory II - Chemical Plant is copiable and modifiable so if you mess it up, just rez a new one. The bonus Shop Lights can be placed however you wish and are also copiable.
