WebMon is a web address launcher.
* pick an address from a menu - could have 30-50 links if you desire
* give a folder of notecards pertaining to the list of bookmarks
* search the address descriptions and links
* optionally display hovertext to describe the monitor
* customize dialog button labels (translate!)
* change the background screen by texture or by key reference
