What is it?
BPS is a system designed with the builder in mind who wishes to protect himself/herself from getting ripped off by clients.
Scenario :
You agree to client you will build a project for them and wait till your finished to be paid in full.
Before builders would ask for payment up front and this would make the client sketchy in decision to pick the builder.
So now the client is happy and you build your project. Knowing the client is not stressed and the builder isn't either, Why?
What happens when the deal goes sour and the client decided to ban you from there sim and steals your work without paying you?
You more likely have to deal with Linden labs and we all know how long that takes to resolve..
So instead of doing that, it's time to take the matter into your own hands.
With this system you have the ability to DESTROY the work you created remotely if the client does not pay you for your work.
If they do pay you, you can issue a clean command to remove the protection and all is good.
