The chemistry of this souffle is one that fascinates me and I often think about the trials and errors of the first chefs who invented and perfected it.
The soufflé, a French invention, is dated back to late 18th century and translates to “breath of air”. Soufflés can be served hot or cold and sweet or savory.
The taste is smooth, airy, light and fluffy - like biting into a cloud, but firmer, and really tasteful on the same time in this case to dark chocolate. As everybody knows also red fruits such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries dipped on chocolate are delicious, and also the combination of creamy ice creams with th emelted warm chocolate is terrific, so we putted it all together on a wonderful plate!
It gives unlimited little souffle plates with ice creams of three flavours, red fruits and melted chocolate all over it, and its very highly detailed and tasteful.
Also comes with a dessert utensil for FREE to serve it!
The picture speaks for itself, a wonderful souffle, really well done, the top is cripsy , looks burnt but its not , its brownish ,and inside is very soft preparation that melts in your mouth, finished with melted chocolate on the top that falls down to the botton dipping the red fruits on dark chocolate.
