This house has 8 Rooms with the possiabilities of 16 rooms or more.
3 Bedrooms, Bath, Living Room, Kitchen, Entertainment Room, Ball/Party room.
Multi car Garage, and a Basement (This is where the possiabilities of having more rooms come into play).
Features include the following (and how I set this build up)
-=> Tintable Windows on seperate channels for each bedroom
-=> 45 degree Windows that open up in the living room (side widnows only), Tintable
-=> Double Master Bedroom Doors
-=> Full Unfinished Basement
-=> Entertainment Area (2nd floor)
-=> Spacious "Ball / Party" area (2nd floor)
-=> Spacious Back Deck
-=> Multi Car/Vehicle Garage
-=> Double Patio Kicthen Doors with side windows

Complete Warehouse that you can modify and copy. It is however, NO TRAMSFER at this time.
Dance Stages and Bar Stools on the first floor (You can remove these by Edit Linked Parts) for dance poles.

Features:
The Boat Dock has phantom side walk throughs and lighted docks.
It is NO MOD / NO TRANSFER

Both are modern build Malls. Nothing like them in SL ATM (except EDDESIGNS and L&K Designs)
