I've just put on sale a mini mall suitable for 512m plots. It has 12 small stalls on 2 floors and has 39 prims, leaving 78 spare - 5 or 6 per stallholder, depending on how many the owner uses for signs, rentboxes etc.
It's a neat, functional and simple design - only L$ 85.
I've also updated my half-timbered cottage design and added some spin-off designs such as a bungalow and an open market hall. All available at the Egotherapy Centre in Yosu. The Egotherapy Centre itself is based mostly on the same parts and textures as the half-timbered cottage, so have a look round to get an idea of what the cottage is like. Bear in mind that the cottage is unfurnished, is shorter upstairs and has a different internal layout.
