Message Me allows SecondLife players to use a cellphone to send and receive messages to other SecondLife players, yet maintain privacy and identify of the real life player.

The MessageMe HUD provides an in-world mailbox for sending and receiving messages and ecards. With MessageMe:

Messages can be easily composed using chat and then sent to SL players using their avatar name

MessageMe can forward messages to a cellphone when the user is off-line. The user can also compose new messages to second life players, or reply to messages, using their cellphone.

We are currently in discussion with a cellular service provider, and would welcome further interest from others in this market segment. Please contact Burgundy Rahja in-world, or via email my messageMe at Burgundy.Rahja@slmessage.net
