New Toulouse is an island community with a look and feel loosely based on the American city of New Orleans, Louisiana, and its surrounding swamps and bayous. The setting is at the turn of the 20th Century (1900–1920s or thereabouts). Look for our Mardi Gras parade at noon SLT on Sunday, February 22, where you will be able to catch special items thrown from the floats!
