These houses are very nicely made. They have the /99 menu feature for locking the two entrances, tinting windows and even changing the color of parts of the house. Two of the homes have decks and sit on the shore, the other two sit back, but still have great views and access to the sandy beach and a nice bondfire to sit by. There is also a nice rock pond to sit at with lots of trees and flowers. Very tranquil and peaceful place to live.

The front houses rent for 600L per week ($2.18 USD) and have 200 prims.
The back houses rent for 450L per week ($1.63 USD) and have 100 prims.
