Greetings,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Lexi and I have begun a beach/tiki/tropicals Market. And I have made my way all over SL looking for shops that might wish to expand with a branch store.
The sim is a parceled into 16 / 4096 plots. Ten along the outside are all property for rent and the center 6 are dedicated for shops and a nice beachy gathering place.
On the Public Beach I have set up a nice comfortable spot for Relaxation and Romance, and in the Market area , I have constructed a series of colorful tiki/beach store fronts.
I am offering them at a premium low price of 300 Lindens a week in tiers and giving 25 prim allowance for each. There is no need to buy the land, I would like to save everyone that cost.
Like I stated it makes for a great second location.
Tempting is adjacent to Temptations that is nearly all rented out and my renters there have expressed their delight in the beach area, some will even rent parcels on it as well as the parcels they live on now. So I know that a few customers are already built in.. Smiles.
My plans for the future are also important and hopefully will help you choose to rent with me. I am on my way to buying more sims, each set of two sims I buy, one will be dedicated to small market and living space; hopefully , in the near future there will be a continent of 20 sims, all of which will have a market on them.
I would like to see the best of the best represented here, and believe that your store would be a welcome addition.
