Pretty lot for sale at Solarium bordered by two Linden rivers

I have a very pretty place for sale at Solarium, 120,15,24. It is on the water and there are Linden rivers on two sides that no one can build on, so you will have a pretty view. There is a lighthouse across the river that has been there forever. It has 832 square meters and 190 prims to decorate with. I don’t know why, but you can’t raise the land out of the water, so you will have to put prim blocks down to make your own foundation for a home or you can put a boat on it. It is for sale for 10,000 lindens.
