A 4096sqm double prim island with protected parks around it and a bonus 16x32m area of deep water for rezzing a boat. This island has a 1/2 sim of protected area around it for seclusion. The island has 1800 prims and is 6820L for 20 weeks. ($100usd monthly for 5 months)...after this normal tier is 3960L week ($60usd month).
