You can pay for up to 20 weeks in advance and longer by individual negotiation. Minimum rent is one week.
Urbana Spes is a two tier private sim: mountains and sailing at ground level, and at 300m2 a sim-wide city. The city boasts great roads, a Freebie Fillage, a Dance Club, Sky-Diving, and tunnel exploration. Urbana Spes is a Mature region, but public nudity and public sexual activity are banned.
