Apartments - We offer one and two story units in our Bayview Co-Housing Complex as well as some apartments above the shops on the main street. Bayview units look out on either the Bay or the town. Two week initial rental is required. At the landing spot use the TP map to get to the housing area or walk down the street to the three story bldg on the right past the pumpkins.
Bayview -
1 Story - 500L per week and 150 prims. First and second story levels available.
2 Story - 1100L per week and 250 prims. Includes use of the roof and a second story balcony.
Downtown -
Two third floor penthouse apartments are available located above shops and offices. These large one story units include use of the roof as well as a large private outdoor patio overlooking the island. These rent for 1000L per week with 250 prims.
Commercial space - Many and varied spaces are available from street level and second floor shops to office space.
Street Level Shops -
