Live events take place on a stage between the shops, so visitors can shop and don't have to miss a thing of the live performances going on. Your shop will be displayed in SL search (you can choose a name for your shop, description, media streams, land options, etc.) no extra charges for that, and you can have it changed as many times as you wish. If you provide a manager with a texture this texture can be put in the shop sign of your rented shop. Tenants can also have their staff added to our group as tenant assistant with the same parcel abilities as tenants, and tenants can invite people to our group (VIP role) and keep them informed via group IM and group notes about special offers etc.
Build is disabled to protect everyone from prim litterers, only tenants, tenant assistants and our own staff can rezz objects on our land. You have the ability to eject and ban avatars from our land so you can deal with griefers, in case of emergency you can rely on our managers online and in the near future our security staff.
