It's a new year, we've got more land to spare so Devilfish Mall is once again expanding.
There's 6 new stores available at the mall, 150 prims at 600 L$ a week. If you buy 4 weeks you get a 5th free.
For those of you new to Devilfish, it's Secondlife's preimer gay mall - we focus on products for men, specifically gay men but everybody is welcome at the mall. It's not unusual to see a woman dragging their bloke around the mall so he doesn't look scruffy anymore
Clothing products sell best here but there is a variety of stores at Devilfish from skins and shapes to furniture and accessories. We do tend to be picky about the stores and the quality of products here, we know what the men like and want what is best for both customer and store owner...However, we are more than happy to support those new to selling in Secondlife.
We are a staffed mall, our staff take newbies from ugly to sexy via the stores and we find that's a great partnership helping build and strengthen our community.
Traffic draws to the mall include:
Beach bar/romance area
Activities, from skydiving and jetskis to an tringo and a greedy table
Free sex zone
Freebie area (the freebies don't clash with our stores, no clothing/shapes/skins etc inside it)
Devilfish also runs it's own brand of sex furniture and is soon to run a legal TV/media store - both will be big draws to the land here.
We also run regular party events at the mall - we aim to base the themes around the stores and actively encourage store owners to get involved with sponsoring events, offering prizes and promotional items.
Our main group is over 500 strong and again we do encourage the store owners to announce their new products to it. We have sub groups (newbie/learners and a sex group) we also have properties both on the island where the mall is and elsewhere. The properties elsewhere have teleports back to the mall.
But one important thing i should mention...there is NO CAMPING whatsoever at the mall, no zombies, all real people, all shoppers eager to buy. Busiest times tend to be euro evenings.
Yes we may not be able to boast 100K on the traffic points (the mall is over a number of small parcels) but we can boast sales and happy store owners. We work closely with the stores here to produce the best results and many stay with us for a long long time.
We continually develop the mall, take care when it comes to how we appear in the search engine and ensure those that do come to the mall have a fun and good time... Afterall it's what this game is about!
