We take pride in providing a nice place to live for those who have children and those who don't. This is a mature sim with a PG rating- which means adult content is allowed but is to be kept out of the public's eyes.
We do NOT allow red barrier walls, however you MAY use an orb- just be sure it doesn't effect your neighbors.
The land is $1l to buy and monthly tier upfront. Rental boxes are set to each plot with the prices listed, Do NOT delete them as we do not want to replace them.
All Skyboxes must be 400+ meters high out of sight.
The park( 7 seas equipt) is for anyone to use as well as the roads for you to walk or drive on. Please be considerate of others and watch for children.
All Plots will be grouped to your group so that you have access to your own media stream.
