I found a nice 1024m Mainland parcel. It is in a quiet sim, suitable for commercial use or for a large residential SkyBox. I will be renting this land for 600L per week. As tenant you will have full control over the parcel including terraforming, media, ban list, the works! The parcel comes with 234 prims, but I place out a rental box that has a prim, so you will have 233 prims available.
I would be glad to set up a SkyBox platform and home for you which would take up 11 prims, if you want to use my stuff.
This won't last long!
