I have six (6) 4096m2 parcels on Kandee and breeze Herrey's historic (since it was the first of their now many sims) Long Island, part of their Beach Front Realty operation, for sale. Kandee and breeze are super people and as straightfoward and honest as any real estate operators in SL can be. It is a pleasure to deal with them. I am selling out at Long Island only because I have just purchased my own sim.
I am asking L$18,000 for each parcel but quite willing to discuss reasonable offers, especially from anyone interested in buying more than one lot.
