The Villas at Lebettu is a themed rental community, a picturesque Mediterranean village by the sea.

Our harbor area is home to a small number of shops, including four small open-front market stalls.

If you've been thinking about selling your products, but didn't want to risk spending a lot of money for a shop, here's your chance to get started. We will rebate the weekly rental on our market stalls (normally L$200 per week) for a FULL MONTH. That's right, you can have a month of FREE RENT to get your business up and running. Each stall is 96 m2, with a 40 prim allowance for your vendors and displays.

This offer is to new businesses only. No branch stores or outlets for established firms, please. Also, we reserve the right to close your store if we find you selling pirated content. We aim to promote legitimate startup businesses.

What's in it for us? Traffic. We want more people to visit our village and see what a great place it is to live. Your customers may well become our tenants!
