Mainland sim, next to a linden railroad station and some linden protected land. Houses are large 2 store 20x20 with a 10x20 front porch. Renters have ban/eject/ and media privileges (music and tv). You may put a skybox up as long as it is at least 300 meters above the land. IM Noirran Marx for more information or a group invite!
