One Room Available at the Japanese Neko Boarding House on Necros

One room is currently available for rent at Neko no Geshukuya, a Cat's Boarding House. However, you will enjoy 1.3 sims of beauty and amenities.

Nestled against the Necros Mountain, and alongside Neko no Jinja (a neko shinto shrine), here rests Neko no Geshukuya, a boarding house for neko (and those who love them).

There are two common areas and balconies. The common areas provide many activities for neko and places to nap, play and socialize with others.

Neko no Geshukuya is part of the Necros Community (managed by Samantha Glume Enterprises), which spans the entire sim of Necros and a portion of Dimitrios sim. Other than a few private residences, these lands are open for you and your guests to enjoy.

We are a new resident and furry friendly environment.

Each Room: L$300 per week for 75 prims.

Rooms are provided furnished, but you may elect to return any item(s) within your room that you wish. The 75 prim availability includes existing furnishings.

Rooms may be locked for security, and Windows sealed for privacy. Ban & eject powers will be extended to you should you require them. You may also add your friends to the Samantha Glume Enterprises group so that they may enjoy the same benefits and amenities as yourself.

Amenities include:
+ A couple build areas (one on the SGE Space Station, and one on Dimitrios),
+ An MLP bed with Cuddles & Kisses poses,
+ Neko shelf/perches on the walls,
+ Tonnes of toys and napping areas,
+ Use of the Community Centre for events (book the room with Lucrezia Lamont) or play existing games (SLopoly, Greedy Greedy and more), and
+ Space ships for touring (on top of the Community Centre and in the hangar of the SGE Space Station).
