If anyone wants to make me an offer on it do so, and I will consider. I think there is like 10 days tier left on one 4096 and 5 days left on the 4096 x 3 linked. So what that means is you pay one tier box for a 4096 and one tier box for 12,228 but the 4 parcels are physically linked.
