Hello and Welcome to Skye Condos..this is a short information card to give you an idea of rentals. We have 60 Condos in 3 Sims Hazeltine, Tamarack and Bae.
Pick up your Free radio Controler at the rent pads.
We have a few sizes of condos for rent. The rentals are based upon prim usage.
Large 30 x 30 200 prims, for $350 a week
Medium 20 x 30, 150 prims, for $275 a week,
Medium 16 x 30, 125 prims, for $250 a week,
Small 10x20, 50 prims, for $125 a week.

Please note we can up or down prims for $1 each (in blocks of 25) per week to a max of 500 prims.
Your prim usage is over and above the prims of the unit, so this is the "actual" amount of prims for your own to use. We can adjust the number of prims and price within reason, so if you'd like more prims please contact us.
All units are spaced to insure optimum privacy, so your neighbors dont hear you and you dont hear them.
