The island is on the edge of a sim so the view is unblockable and comes with DOUBLE the amount of prims vs. mainland. It has 1646 prims!
The island is located in Oceanside Oasis, a private island residential sim on the south side of the sim. I have 13 days left paid on the tier for the land that I believe would transfer to the buyer.
I have the island set for sale at $25,000L but I'm willing to bargain with the price. I'm renting a full sim and can't afford to keep this island and pay for the sim as well so make me an offer!
