After the loss of my business Partner, I am going to sell my whole, established club in a great, high traffic sim that is perfectly designed, holding another club and a game bar which all work together. The SimTraffic is at around 10k normally (NO-Camper sim!!).
The Club itself is established for over 3 Months now, has a regular basis of returning visitors, 2 Groups (one VIP Guestgroup that holds around 200 People atm, and one Staff Group with all our DJs and Employees ~30) however, I can not guarantee how much of the STAFF will stay after the ownerchange, the big VIP group will not change I guess.
We have provided Live Music here since our very beginning, featured great artists, supported charity organisations and many more, attached to the Club itself is a small Park Area with 8 Shops that belong to the club, from which are 5 rented out at the Moment. The renters will be taken over by the next owner, at least for the remaining time on their rentalboxes.
For Sale is the Club Building (all custom made!), the Stores, the Parkarea, the Groups that belong to the club, and ALL Transferable Items currently inside the club. For everything Not-Transferable I will guide you through getting the same stuff, and set it up yourself if you want to keep it totally as-it-is, the whole Design that belongs to the club (Logo, Grouplogos, all Graphics)
We have ATM's in our Park too, SLX etc.
Rentalfee for the Land at the current Location is 3500L$ weekly with 1500 Prims, and can be taken over to this conditions by the new owner.
