I'm leaving SL and looking to sell my old tier sim. The sim will be emptied out upon sale. There are no residents so the sim will be fully empty and ready for teraforming, etc.

New owner is asked to please rename the sim. I don't care if you don't move it as it does not have any sims attached to it but I may use the name at a later time if I ever come back to SL.
