2. I have low rent apartments on the beach and near the lovers garden. They run 300L per week with only 50 prim, I've furnished them. They are very nice and all amentities are included. Same Landmark as Incognito.
3. Chrome Residences. They run 400L per week ($1.63 USD), 1400L ($5.59 USD) per month with 100 prim. These are penthouse apartments with lots of space and great views. A favorite among renters.

5. Incognito Club - This is a fun bar, so bring laughter and your dancing shoes. Dance ball & floor, couples dancing. There is a large martini glass to dance on, New dart game. I have new games like skeeball, zombie and deal or decline (which is additive). Nice aquarium bar.

6. A great shopping area with good prices on clothing, shoes, skins, hair, building tools, textures, cars, everything you can think of. So stop by.

7. Four beautiful homes on the shores of sandy beaches with waves and a tranquil setting. Bondfire to sit by and a nice pond with lots of trees and just a beautiful setting. The homes are 3 rooms, they have the /9 menu feature where you can lock your doors, tint you windows and even change the color of parts of your home. Two have decks an sit on the shore, they rent for 600L with 200 prim. The back ones stil have a nice view and beach access, they rent for 450L and 100 prim per week. Please come and see these gems.
