HATTERED TOPAZ MALL::::::::::::::::::::::::Shattered Topaz Mall is a steampunk and fantasy-themed mall aimed at all ages. We are currently seeking tenants to fill several sizes of shops. This mall is primarily aimed at steampunk, fantasy, and child avatars, and we are seeking stores which fit those niches. Any type of childrens' apparel or items is allowed. We allow clothing for adults as long as it's of a steampunk, Victorian, pirate, or fantasy theme and decent for a child-friendly sim. Homes, home accessories, scripts, jewelry, and other items are fine so long as they do not contain sex scripts or would be indecent for a child-friendly area.
We keep a very high view of our merchants and tenants, and vow to work hard to ensure their continued success and happiness. Shops must be of a family-friendly nature, and we particularly look for shops aimed at whole families. We also host regular events in our club, Urchin, and have weekly events scheduled. We already have a high-placed classified running, and our traffic is very high. Our merchants have reported good sales, and lots of traffic inside their stores.

Because we keep such a high view of merchants, we offer several services not found in other malls.
1. Main store referral service - Your main store is linked on our blog, and notecards of slurls to main stores are given on demand.
2. The ability to post new items for sale on our blog, or we can post it for you.
3. The use of URCHIN for PG-rated events, so long as there is not a regular event scheduled at that time.
4. Publicity and support for officially-back charitable organizations that would be acceptable in a PG-rated environment.
5. The use of our office, message board, and notecard drop for comments or suggestions.

Stalls have 35 prims and are $75L
