This totally unique plot was designed specifically for ponies and their owners. This cute little plot already has a two story stone building on it along with a beautiful stall with a small enclosed pony yard. The pony yard faces the ocean and the attached pony stall comes with a straw floor, trough, hayrack and some bales of hay. The stall has lovely lattice work around the edges and working doors. Be well, be safe, be home in this specially designed plot. SIM is safe for ponyplay, but restrictions do apply =)
