These cottages come with closing windows and locking doors capability. Once you rent, please im Josephine Pizzicato to get a key to the door and a group tag. You will be able to lock it and give a key to your friends. To teleport upstairs, click the arrow key by door on inside of house, then click sit.
Each area is individually cut, so you have your own music and video capability as well. You may add prims to your yard as long as it is not tacky. You may use dock and gazebo with your guests.
