The openspace sim Fatimas Blush is newly available for rental or long-term lease. It is priced UNDER the tier cost as there is an access way between other islands of The Fatimas estate, and there is only limited terraforming available (with the agreement with the estate owners). This is a Victorian themed estate so any build will need to conform to that era or before.
