We have one home for rent on our tequila sunrise property. The regular rent is 550/wk (2200/month). It also has a 200 prim limit. We offer special deals to our current residents, for example; this week we are offering a half price event. basicly current residents can purchase as many weeks as they wish in advance at half price/wk.
We also have an on going deal if a new renter pays the first full month of rent up front (2200L) then you'll get another month for free.
