Nope...instead we offer beautiful one and two story apts - beachfront, bayfront and garden units. They are one and two story with porches and balconies in the most beautiful sims imaginable! Apartments are very spacious with generous prim allowances, wonderful neighbors who know your name, and great shops and activities on two sims that will be your home. Rents start at 400L per week...nope, not the cheapest at all, but we believe you get what you pay for. Rent in a real community with mountains, forests, waterfalls, boating, fishing, dancing, shopping, planned activities and lots of FUN! And to top it all off...we are an educational sims dedicated to modeling what an eco friendly community can be like. By renting here you will be joining and supporting the movement to preserve the planet!
We also offer office spaces and shops for rent in all sizes and shapes. Our shops are most often rented out, but we currently have a handful available. Come by and check them out!
