I also have several 1024 lots right on the beach that I am selling for 7000L each and they come with 304 prims. They can be joined to make larger lots. But it is prime beach front land on a very busy and fast growing sim.
My last item was my baby. My Incognito land is on the market now since I have purchased my own Island. It is a 8192 sq meter lot and supports 2436 prims. I have rentals on the property now with renters there, so you can buy the property with the buildings. My price for the land is 42500L. I brought it down from the normal 50000L that people charge for this size lot, plus having things already set up on it, its a good deal.
This area will always be beach, there are no plans for the sim owner to change this land, so it will always be beach front.
