I have sim for rent which contains a 16k plot with house, security system, radio, lockable doors, privacy windows, a pool and more.

You don't have neighbours on this sim. This plot is located on a chain of oceans, lots of privacy and open spaces for water sports.

The house offers many private rooms and most are separated. Of course you can decorate the place or add objects outside. 500 prims are available.
